Horrible stay Horrible service, mold in bathroom, no room service while there for 20 days.

We were not pleased with our stay When we arrived to the hotel we were initially told that all the rooms were sold out even though I booked online days prior and paid. We were told that we would have to request a refund online and go stay at another hotel. Housekeeping had to clean a single bed room which wasn’t the type of room that we booked which took close to an hour, and after they finished cleaning it, they got informed by management that a double bed room was available the entire time. I'm not a very picky person when it comes to hotels, but this one was horrible. When we arrived the lobby reeked of marijuana. The lobbyist seemed inconvenienced by us checking in. She assigned us to a room, but didn't mention anything about it not being ready. We went up to our room, but was told by the man cleaning the room to come back in an hour or so. We got to the hotel after driving for like 14 hours and they didn't habe me down for a reservation and they didn't have any rooms available.

Awful Stay!!! Awful experience! The room was infested with roaches and it took 2 days to get a desk chair when the room was missing one. Also the desk clerk that worked during the day had an attitude when I told that I am going to need another room if there are no chairs left.
