Staffing Issues Was checked in and received two door keys that both would not work later that night. Was unable to locate staff to resolve issue. Had to call booking agent as no one was manning the hotel. Staff never brought clean towels had to go get my own.

Extended horro We got there and the systems were down.So we had to wait for 30 minutes.Then we get in the room no towels,i call they sya they got to wash them at 11pm at night wow.Bthrooms not clean,no trashcans in room, horrible and they had a flood from another room.

Not what was pictured I travel with a team and usually book 7 rooms at a time. I looked at a lot of review and pictures on the place before I committed with my team in mind and their needs. This hotel did not match the pictures displayed nor did the property even have the room type I reserved. We ended up having to to get 2 additional rooms. This place is a old, dirty and tired Elevator was broke and my room was on third floor. Room was ran down broken fixtures. Not a good experience.

Good staff, bad rooms The rooms were very old and smelled of something weird. The carpet and couch in the room were stained. The breakfast was a joke. Only good thing was the staff. The staff was friendly, accommodating and understanding.

Room cleanliness issue The overall experience was not bad but I do have to point out that there were weird stains on the carpet and a damp smell throughout. There were also a couple of bugs in the bathroom.
Should have known better Arrived to a bunch of people working on the outside of the building. They should focus more on the inside. The room smelled like Ramen noodles. There was little gnats flying all around. I saw 3 baby roaches. Hair was all over the bathroom and even the refrigerator. Towels are dingy and stained. I could go on and on. I will not stay here again.
