Bare bones hotel This was the worst hotel experience I have had in at least 5+ years. Previous extended stay places have been decent and had acceptable amenities. This one is less than a Motel 6 IMO. Upon arrival I found my bed had no pillows and the iron was missing. Then I found there were zero dishes and no coffee maker. The microwave didn't even have the glass plate inside. Not recommended Room smelled bad; comforter had make-up/stains on it; no remote for the tv; no cover on the main light fixture

We got there the ice machine wasn't on in the refrigerator, there was no ice in the hotel. There was no soap in the room, the only thing the front desk could offer was perfumed soap. When we discovered that the sheets for the sofa bed were not in the room (we called and were informed by the girl at the front desk that they were in the bed) my daughter had to get dressed and go get sheet. There were no tops to the to go cups in the lobby.

Business consulting trip OK. No breakfast one morning does not offer wake up call personally, loud dog down the hallway, otherwise room ok.
Use only when there is no other hotels available. Bedding contains a lot of NYLON and pillows are flat...uncomfortable, advice to bring your own!!!?> No shampoo is provided unless you ask at the front. There is no Ice vending machine. TV flickers/streak image with some problems.

Never again soiled towels.very unpleasant stay.Refrigerator kept making noise every 10 minutes. Unfriendly staff.
Not a good choice Thankfully only stayed one night. Had to wait 25 min. on deskclerk to show up so we could check in. Breakfast was granola bars and coffee. Reservation made thru Expedia discount option. Even though room was clean, motel was NOT worth the savings.

The room had a weird smell to it and the bathroom smelled even worse.

Need a change of management The room was not fully stocked with kitchen needs. Small size room for family of 4. They did change us after the first night to a larger room. The manager offered a free night stay for our dissatisfaction, until this day, almost a year later, I have not received this. When I called, I never received a call back.
