Hotel stay Front desk clerk very nice. Hotel smelt clean. Not enough towels. Blankets were thin. But overall good.

I liked the friendliness of all the residents and staff during my stay, the only thing I could complain about, is whenever I came to the front desk to check in, I waited over 30 minutes for staff to come down and check me in to receive my key. I value my time, so I would really appreciate for the next time anyone stays there, there would be a staff member ready to check in guests from the moment they walk in the door. Otherwise, I appreciate the hospitality, and wish them all a Happy New Year! :)

Spend the extra 40 bucks and stay elsewhere Had to wait to check in. Floor in the room was dirty and sticky and so was a chair. No paper towels or napkins provided to clean up any accidental spills. No dishwashing soap, no sponge or scrub brush. No coffee maker. No dishes or utensils. An email is sent out the day before check-in advising that these items are not provided gratis; that customer can pay a fee to use them. Only two towels in the bathroom. Bathtub was dirty looking.
