Location was Good. Rooms were ok. Manager was rude. I got no refund even with covid 19 epidemic. They griped about towels being dirty as if there not supposed to be even after I payed extra for them to give me towels.

No on-site employees from 6pm - 6am. Safety issues I booked this hotel knowing it was a “pay for what you need” type. I booked online requesting a pet friendly room. They contacted me for any special requests. I again asked for a pet friendly room. They wrote back & confirmed everything. Cool. We showed up about 8pm, the lady that checked us in said “you’re lucky I was here, otherwise you would have had to call to check in.” We confirmed our room, paid, and settled in.
