Covid times El cuarto de hotel estaba limpio, los elevadores no estaban limpios y en tiempos de covid eso debe de ser prioridad

Last Minute emergency stay We stayed due to lack of power at our home. Our room at the hotel had no heat due to the frozen unit. The wifi was limited despite paying extra for more devices. They never answered their phone snd they totally overbooked, turning away many families with kids who needed a place to stay due to the power outages. Overall it was an OK experience I only stayed here cause I was desperate. Wouldn’t stay again unless I needed to.
