Sucked Couldn’t make noise pass 9 pm had to throw our own trash or get a fee added. Charged for clean towels. Had a system wide reset of all locks around 8 pm. Not a 24 hour desk

Advertised as new hotel, but the floors are completely missing, the roof tiles are missing, the hotel stinks terribly bad like rotten meat. There was no soaps the drink vending machine is broken, they charge $2 for extra towels. Someone tried to come Into my room multiple times. Over all terrible experience

Out of all the hotels I’ve been to I was not expecting to be charged two dollars for towels every other hotel Holiday Inn, La Quinta, Marriott never charged me two dollars for towels.

Son unos estafadores hice mi reservación por medio de EXPEDIA no podía llegar a tiempo para registrarme y llamé que llegaría tarde para que por favor me mantuvieran mis reservaciones activa y no les importó me colgaron el teléfono me comuniqué con EXPEDIA y tampoco me solucionaron nada me robaron tres días de reservación
