Messed around in Roundrock I arrived at 7pm only to be told they canceled my reservation because of maintenance issues handed me a cancelation paper that stated due to walk in overbooking and sent me down the road to another Extended stay and that they made arrangements fo me and my family to stay there. not good... I booked this hotel. I have a confirmation and all set. When I was there at the hotel around 9pm, the lady told me that it was cancelled. there was no call or message beforehand to let me know that they cancelled it. Terrible!! so frustrating...
