What a trash place to stay! Will never recommend to anyone. No one was there at checkin for 20 mins no WiFi no iron and no towels were dirty bed had a smell to it and so noisy

Everything is extremely sketch about this place from locks on doors not working to literal drug deals goin on and I was terrified to leave me car in the parking lot cause it felt like it would get broken into at any time

I understand that it may be hard to keep a hotel clean when it has mini kitchens. However, routine maintenance should be done to keep things like roaches down. The mattresses were hard. The fact that they make you pay to have clean towels is ridiculous. Hotel staff was rarely at the desk if you needed something or had a question. You have to take your own trash out or you are charged. The room floor was filthy. We stayed walking around in slippers or something because if not your feet would surely be black. Refund needed Key card machine was down. Front desk rep had to go open my door. Room smelled like smoke as soon as I walked in. The restroom was dirty. Look like mud in tub. There was hair and stain on sink. There was a dead small roach in the sink!! Toilet bowl looks dirty.

Paid for room with pullout couch and breakfast included room didn't have either what it did have was mold, roaches, bed bugs, a caving in ceiling, rude staff, the room was dirty, no house keeping I want a refund
