We were not able to stay because the room was not clean. All cleaning and staff must have quit. Front desk lady had to clean rooms but also check guest in and answer phone. We were forced to get refund because there were no clean roomS
Wasn't able to check in they didn't have any rooms available for my stay

The room was not clean. There was hair all over the floor. My key didn’t work 100% of the time. The room smelled like an ashtray. The whole building reeked of marijuana! The lady at the front desk was rude to everyone. She should not work in a customer service job!
