Contact us for more details Worst service I've ever seen. Clerk was awful and verbally and physically abused me and our guests. We are filing a police report. Room were dirty. Some room were not available and we were told to sleep at parking lot. No towels were available. Overall the worst experience of our lives.
NIGHTMARE! Never, ever again. The local Motel 6 has a better review than this place. I believe a lot of transient people LIVE at this motel. They hang out, all day, right in front of the entrance. I made the mistake of allowing my boyfriend to book my room. This is absolutely HORRIBLE!
Will Not Recommend or Visit Again. Unsatisfactory stay, unaccomodating staff, overall cleanliness questionable, and laughable "grab-and-go breakfast". I've emailed corporate with some issues. I would not stay again at this location or any Extended Stay.
Ordeal/Dissappointed Booked through Hotels.com, pre-paid in advance, got there, and there were no rooms available: SOLD OUT. Waited TWO HOURS to be re-located. Awful. Major let down.
Try to find another hotel No iron, no coffee maker, the breakfast consisted of granola bars and coffee. I paid cash for my room insurance and the hotel did not have enough cash to return it the following morning. The manager said he would send me a check. Yeah right. The person on duty managed to scrape up the monies which included two rolls of quarters. Also, the air conditioner temperature could not be lowered any further than 60, and that room was not at 60. Spent most of the night on top of the sheets!
Train ran pass every two hours Room was dirty. Look like junkies lived there before and room was not cleaned. Then train keep running pass. Then got woke up by fire alarm.
beds were way to small im a little woman so even for me they were too small
BEWARE!!! Staff at check in was more interested in chatting with other staff that was coming on shift than paying customers. Room not very clean, holes in comforter on bed, bugs in cabinets and hair from previous guests in shower!!! To late to book another hotel too.
worst experience ever. Rottent smell, nasty rooms My worst experience ever, three night and never did bed, no towels, rotten smell, train pass by all night this is as geto as you can get. Run from this location! They did not gave me money back despide the above reported, nasty location should be closed down. Please do not do this to yourself to visit this nasty place
