Don't stay here! This hotel has bed bugs and is overall absolutely filthy! It smells terrible and is just digusting.

Different than previous stay Day one, saw two small roaches. Also other teeny black bugs dead on bathroom shelf. Did not see any others the remainder of stay. Cigarette smoke and putrid cooking smells from other rooms seeped into room. Shower curtain had red spots all over, mildew? Faux wood blinds were dust laden. Had not been dusted in weeks. There was NO in the room and the curtains would NOT come down
TERRIBLE hotel with TERRIBLE employees. This is the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in! When we arrived to check in, I had to wait for 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone and come down to the front desk. Once she finally appeared she was the RUDEST person I've ever met! Not even a simple apology for my extensive wait! The hotel tried to charge me for a weeks stay, when my reservation was only for 2 nights. Air condition did not work properly, needed assistance from the front desk and they did not "open" until 10 am. Not very good customer service in my opinion! I will not stay at this hotel again and I am in Pelham quite a bit!!
They charged me two more times on my debit card We were really charged for the room x2 and the man at front desk could not speak or understand the English language, zero stars
The beds are very uncomfortable. I thought I was sleeping in a barrack.
Never Again I'll never stay at this hotel ever again, the elevator barely worked, you had to pay for coffee maker, dishes and WiFi. It was absolutely the worst experience ever. If it wasn't for my dad having surgery and me staying there for more than two nights I would have never stayed that and for them having the audacity to charge 80+ per night to stay there is absolutely absurd.

NEVER AGAIN I would never stay here again because I've never once heard of staying at a hotel and you have to pay for WiFi as well as a coffee maker and such, no Bible in the room, no paper, pen. The elevator half worked
