Property is nice rooms are nice. They do not clean your rooms. Its been 2 weeks and i have to take my own linens down to be exchanged for clean ones. Wasnt aware after working 12 to 14 hour days i would have to clean my own room.

They canceled my reservation with no explanation other than "we might have overbooked the hotel." I found this out around 11:20pm and had to scramble to find another room on short notice. Ended up costing me more money because of the short notice too.

Smells bad Very bare bones thin blanket. Flat plastic hospital type.pillow. gross. Smells bad.

The property is advertised as an extended stay property with two burner stove, microwave, and refrigerator. But, there were no plates, flatware, or pans. Weekend check in was inconvenient and when asked for an item that was not in the room, staff was rude.

Not a great impression at all.. do not recommend Very disappointing to drive over 13 hrs to arrive to be advised that my reserved non smoking room that was booked weeks ago was given away. Then to be offered a room in a smoking room with an asthmatic child was unbelievable. Had to find another hotel late at night unexpectedly was not a great first impression. Will not be booking with this hotel again..

You have to pay extra to have your room cleaned and linen changed. First time Ive heard of this. The rooms smell like mold. They’re decently cleaned but I was honestly expecting so much more.

Hello. I’m so sorry that you were not aware of our unique amenities and services, esp. the Linen Exchange program and fee. Many guests prefer to do their own laundry in our on-site laundry room, so we do not include fresh sheets and towels as part of our base rate and instead offer this service for a small fee. It would be a bit shocking to not know about this until you needed the service. I'm sorry this took away from your great stay with us.
Awful Girl working made sure to wake us up at 9 by trying to get into the room to ask if we were leaving. Checkout is at 11. Last time we will ever stay at one of these.
