Not what I needed Hotel.com add not clear this is extended stay motel. No lobby, no services, wouldn’t even give me a cup or plastic spoon. Microwave didn’t work, dog barking next door for over an hour. Front desk clerk not concerned. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have left.

worst stay ever 1st there was no ice machine..had to make your own ice cubes..no ice trays for freezer..no dishes for cooking..nothing to eat on..then one chair was broken..the radio was broken..no maid service..1 set of towels for entire stay...and to cap it off...no soap or shampoo..never again.

One package includes linen exchange, another provides more frequent housekeeping, another for cookware, etc. Not every guest desires the same amenities. Never again Definitely not worth your money, beds are very uncomfortable there is nothing in the room but toilet paper, very loud at night... I will never stay in this hotel again!!!!

Avoid, Rooms stinks, Prostitutes use this place Worst bed I’ve ever slept on in my adult life. The hotel stinks. There are 10 different smells at all times. Cigarette smoke, dog smells, strong food odors. Avoid if possible. Oh and it’s not safe. Prostitution is definitely allowed and I felt very unsafe the entire time.

Not Good I arrived at 5pm and it was another hour before I could go to my room because it had not been cleaned. Upon entering my room, I found that there were no towels or toilet paper. Once I got towels, I had to go to front desk to swap them every 2 days because they did not provide daily room cleaning. I had to buy my own trash bags and everyone just piled their trash by the elevator. I believe the manager was the only person working this motel. Awful The location was great. Hotel services were awful! There was feces on the elevator, front desk staff on that Sunday was pitiful!!!!
