Check in was for 3pm. When we arrived at 5:30 the maid was still in the room. The kitchen counter was sticky. There were pieces of food under the stove top coils and black mold on the side of the refrigerator. The underside of the bathroom faucets had not seen a sponge and cleanser. Need I go on?

THIS HOTEL IS IN TOO GOOD OF CONDITION TO HAVE THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS THAT I HAVE EVER LAID ON. THEY NEED TO WORRY ABOUT COMFORT INSTEAD OF THE EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR PAINT. I GOT LOCKED OUT OF MY ROOM AND IT TOOK ME 20 MINUTES TO GET THE ATTENDANT TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND COME LET ME IN. TWO OTHER PEOPLE WAITED AT THE FRONT DESK WOTH NE BUT NO CLERK FOR 20 MINUTES. I made reservations and then couldn't even get into room because frint desk close at 8pm and noone would answer ohone to get checked in

Terrible My room has not been cleaned. Bathroom was a mess and no towels. Nobody was around to clean it. So I had to wipe it down.

Property is nice rooms are nice. They do not clean your rooms. Its been 2 weeks and i have to take my own linens down to be exchanged for clean ones. Wasnt aware after working 12 to 14 hour days i would have to clean my own room.
