Bed was horrible. Pillow was hard as a rock....litterally. The elevator smelled like vomit and the room was very dirty. There were piles of hair on the floor!!!

Check in was for 3pm. When we arrived at 5:30 the maid was still in the room. The kitchen counter was sticky. There were pieces of food under the stove top coils and black mold on the side of the refrigerator. The underside of the bathroom faucets had not seen a sponge and cleanser. Need I go on?

THIS HOTEL IS IN TOO GOOD OF CONDITION TO HAVE THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS THAT I HAVE EVER LAID ON. THEY NEED TO WORRY ABOUT COMFORT INSTEAD OF THE EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR PAINT. I GOT LOCKED OUT OF MY ROOM AND IT TOOK ME 20 MINUTES TO GET THE ATTENDANT TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND COME LET ME IN. TWO OTHER PEOPLE WAITED AT THE FRONT DESK WOTH NE BUT NO CLERK FOR 20 MINUTES. THESE PEOPLE WALKED OUT. WHEN I CHECKED IN THE CLERK MADE A COPY OF MY DEBIT CARD FRONT AND BACK. I FIND THIS IS A SECURITY ISSUE AND I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE GI... read more

I made reservations and then couldn't even get into room because frint desk close at 8pm and noone would answer ohone to get checked in

Terrible My room has not been cleaned. Bathroom was a mess and no towels. Nobody was around to clean it. So I had to wipe it down.
