Uma experiência horrível , mais uma com a hoteis.com, hotel sem nenhum serviço troca de toalhas ( não tem toalha de rosto ) sem infra estrutura toda noite chegavam vários carros de policia por alguma ocorrência no hotel, quartos muito barulhentos, sujos um pesadelo

No service horrible no service it was not a great experience

Rude reception First I got there between :945 and 10 pm ,there was no one there .waited for 20 mins then left and booked another hotel .i called Expedia to reach out to them but no one answered them .The next morning I went there spoke to the receptionist she spoke to with an attitude that there was a 500 # to call for someone to check me in which by the way I didn’t see,however the night I arrived there was a lady who was wearing a the hotel tag told me someone is calling them let me wait that why I waited and no one came. ... read more

The hotel came with nothing, I would definitely recommend extended stay America over woodspring they offer kitchen utensils free of charge, hotel staff is friendly, they provide grab and go breakfast in the morning. The rooms are super spacious. Woodspring just did not meet my expectations.

Like how don’t you have 24 hour front desk. I literally coming a deployment and this is the first establishment I see and I couldn’t even stay at your establishment.

The customer service was awful I paid for my room before I got to the hotel and at time of check out when I got to my house I found out that they had charged my account $43.62 without my knowledge and I called them back and asked why did you charged my account without me knowing about it I called my bank and they had to refund the money back to my account all because they're very unprofessional and don't care about their customer

Nice hotel......very bad service with NO hot water Upon check-in we were not told there was no hot running water in the whole hotel! We went 3 days with no hot water to wash or shower with!!! And the manager told us and everyone else no credit or adjustments to our bills. We would have never checked in!!!

Okay Reminded me of a motel than an extended stay hotel. Limited to 2 towels/rags and charged $10 for housekeeping. Bedding sheets were very cheap and itchy, no hotel staff after a certain hour. Found roaches and was given one bar of soap. Would not stay again.
