Mucho por mejorar... poco recomendado. La cama no era cómoda ni amplia, no hay servicio al cliente ni respuesta a las solicitudes, no es un espacio para descansar en la habitación superior había mucho ruido 6 de la 7 noches y no hubo solución... no organizan los cuartos.

This is a suite type hotel. They should have played, cutlery, pots etc. They have none. A hotel should provide more than 3/4 of a roll of toilet paper - they do not. Two people get 2 towels and 2 facecloths. That’s it for a 10 day stay. No room cleaning in 10 days. Two tiny pieces of soap and 2 tomy shampoos. One good thing about the place - it is clean and new.

I know this is a budget hotel but that's no reason for the halls and rooms to smell of stinky feet. To be clear.... that's BEFORE I went in. A can of Lysol still didn't cure it so its probably a dirty mop on a dirty floor.

Called hotel at 6:41 pm to let them know we would be arriving late at 2:30 am and if it was okay for us to check in at that time. A man who answered let us know that was fine and to call a certain number when we arrived and “someone” would come down to get us our key. When we arrived there was a small lobby with locked doors and the phone to call the hotel administration. When we walked in there must have been hundreds on flys in the small 6x6 room. Gross. Don’t do it if you want sleep. We started with a late check in. Waited outside for 10 minutes. The bed is wrapped in plastic and is very uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a baby crib mattress. Only 2 sorry pillows they purchased at the dollar store. No curtains just cheap blinds so enjoy the parking lot lights while you sleep. Poorly insulated. You can hear people talking and moving around in the other rooms all night. Worst night sleep in years!! I’m not sure where all the great reviews are coming from. Must be the staff.
