No hay nadie que controle durante la noche,el viernes por la noche ,en el cuarto al lado del mio hicieron una fiesta y eran las 3 se la madrugada y no podia dormir de tanto ruido y musica,eso no deberia pasar ,y nadie hizo nada por eso

The room smelled of stale smoke. There was also a musty smell in the room.

I didn't like when I arrive at the hotel it was a young man laying in front of the entrance way drinking a beer and then once I got inside I can hear someone inside augering and cursing at the top of the voice and then when I asked the lady did the room have cooking where she said no I'll have to purchase the cooking well I didn't understand that if we have a refrigerator and stove purchase cooking Ware so I didn't check into the hotel I left for a hotel that was suitable for me

The person staying in the room next door was banging on there door at 230am to be let in,then we woke up at 730am there were 3 roaches one by the sink one on the wall behind the TV and one on the chair by the bed,we killed them all and got out of that room,the young woman at the desk was to busy on her phone to ask about our stay she just took the key card and noded. We won't be staying here again!

The staff came into my room at 10am asking me if I’m checking out. Mind you the check out time is 11am. I feel like staff was completely rude.
