Not A Great Experience By far one of my worst hotel experiences. Traveling for a funeral was hard enough but this incident definitely left bad vibes. First off, when I arrived the front desk staff stated that he saw the reservation but did not have a room. Beware, don’t stay there. Not smoking free at all, not safe, bad customer service, dirty bathroom, uncomfortable bed and almost fall when moving to accommodate in it. Bed sheets looked dirty. Bad humid smell inside the room and hallway. Super noisy, was able to hear everything. Bad phone data reception and internet didn’t worked at all. First off all they don’t even have free Wi-Fi or breakfast. So I really didn’t like that lie and secondly the staff is absolutely rude especially the front desk lady Lisa.
