Absolutely terrible place to stay it smelled like weed very dirty inside with roaches, dirty hallways, dirty elevators, dirty rooms definitely not worth staying there.

Lady that checked us in was nice but got serious attitude and unwanted/unnecessary comments from another lady at the late night desk just because I asked for a bar of soap… extremely rude individual. The room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Towels that were rolled up neatly, were unrolled to be used but I saw different hairs on them so I couldn’t use two out of the 4 that was in the room, floors looked they haven’t been swept or mopped upon arrival.

Don't waste your time, this was the worst experience ever. The rooms are extremely dirty, the smell of cigarette is horrible. my dog ended with a rush in her body and also there is strain people around the hotel mostly at nights that don't make you feel safe.

You can find better!! This was our third stay here and our LAST. Lots of noise from above floor even late in the night. Floors were sticky and very dirty. We were charged more than hotel.com quoted. When checking in lady at front desk bad mouthed hotel.com. And many times you could not find anyone at front desk

We had registered medical service dogs with papers that were given to hotel at check in. They did not read the papers! We had more than two medical service dogs and they asked us to leave. We had no where to go! We also booked a handicap accessible room which they did not have. My husband is disabled with only one working arm. No grab bars in shower!
