My WoodSpring Suites stay The stay was OK, we had a few issues, but they corrected them

No complaints, good talk review. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms with nice walk in shower. 42 inch flat screen tv mounted on wall on swivel. Two burner electric stove, with full size fridge. I was extremely happy with my stay. Only complaint or negative comment I could have would be when people close their doors, you can hear it. Have to pull or push door firmly to close. The doors fit very tight, which is good, but has downside of neighbors knowing when you're coming or going.

Eeehhhhhhh Not bad place seems like it's been partially renovated , room wasn't cleaned properly before my check in found a sock and food packets on floor not bad for price

It wasn’t very clean. Smelled like urine throughout the whole hotel. Bed sheets were dirty upon arrival. Wouldn’t stay at that hotel again.

There were no travel kits like soap lotion, coffee The room was fair there was no Coffee, travel kits like soap ,lotion etc., the location as nice.

As an extended stay hotel, we do operate a little differently. I'm sorry you weren't aware of these differences. I hope you will consider staying with us again.
There is little concern Front desk could care less. You wait for them 15 minutes plus and there is no, "apologizing for inconvience!" They have their hand extended to take your money. I was there for two weeks and did not receive clean linen. Mattress cover in room 226 is filthy. Dead bolt did not work. Bugs of many (four or more) greeted me each day.
