Disappointed Front desk clerk at check-in was polite and helpful. However, during our stay the heat went out in the room and there was no maintenance staff avaliable to repair it, leaving us to sleep on the cold. No other rooms avaliable for us to move to.

An awesome week at the Woodsprings! My stay at the Woodsprings was awesome! The staff was amazing and always super courteous. I would recommend this establishment to anyone wishing to find a long term stay, or just an over night trip. It is pet and smoke friendly which is becoming exceedingly hard to find anymore. The room was very clean, bathroom and refrigerator included. Even the top cabinets were dust free. I travel a good bit and I was impressed. I will stay there again. The staff memeber and another that resolved my earlier issues were very polite professional and efficient. Overall this hotel is a good value. I do wish for coffee and fitness center.

Last time I was there at wood spring hotel last couple years ago and now I noticed it change it was not same it was before .And I like it’s plus I would like come back again .
