Horrible This hotel is not for business or travel it is a place for people that have no place else to go the front desk is rude and could care less if you like it there or not they run it like a flop house your handed 1 towel and 1 roll of toilet paper when you check in and that's all you get. We had 1 person that was attacked by bed bugs so bad he went to the emergency room 2 others were sick we checked out a week early

I was expecting much more for the price - Staff could be more friendly and helpful. - Paying for a wi-fi service is ridiculous, nowadays. $4 dollars for a day wi-fi service is not fair, since that the room was $107 per night without breakfast. I already slept in a lot of hotels, motels, hostels, some of them really bad, but at least they had free wi-fi service. Worst customer service I have had at this hotel. Have stayed numerous times for the value and room amenities. This particular staff was incompetent and uncaring.

Very very disappointed Made a reservation through hotels.com and arrived there at 4a.m. Called the guy on duty and he told me we didn't have reservations and I told him I had my reservation number with me but he didn't care. I'm pretty sure he just wanted to go back to sleep. If that's the case go get a different job so my 3 month old baby and his mom doesn't have to sleep in the car because it was an inconvenience to do your job!

Wouldn't honor reservation price; dirty; poor serv Hotel would not honor Hotels.com price because I "...checked in after 10 PM". Floor in room was dirty. I paid extra for internet, which I was not able to sign on to. I went to the front desk three times to get my card to open the outside door, and they still couldn't make it work. When cigarette smoke came up through the floor into the room the next morning, I decided I had enough, even though I paid for a week. If you must stay, then stay. But if not, don't. The Young man who checked us in was awkward. When we first arrived, our room was on the fourth floor. When we got to the room, the bed was unmade there was food and trash all around the room. It apparently wasn't ready for us. So we went down stairs and told the young man at the counter, who sighed heavily and rolled his eyes. He manuvered silently, without offering an apology.
