No front desk service after certain times, my key didnt work for the front door, roaches, constant banging noises from upstairs all night.

Just Awful The room was so hot and humid. The AC unit wasn't working. It wasn't very clean. No one was EVER at the front desk, so it was hard to get service. They made me give them the towels in my room back in order to get new ones. It is $2.50 for a small bottle of soda out of their machines so we just went to the gas station. When you could find someone (finally) who worked there, they were rude and acted as though your time was nothing. Terrible experience. Terrible room. I should have slept in my car I should have slept in my car and went to a truck stop to take a shower for $10 instead of paying $80 for this room I need an inexpensive room and Expedia recommended this one I had to be at work in my acting job at six in the morning so I took this hotel which smells like a cigarette I got my key from the lady in the front I went upstairs and did a few errands for myself when I went to wash my face and brush my teeth I discovered there were no towels I went downstairs but they were already clos... read more

Worst place ever! We go to check in and no one is at the desk. 3 other people are also waiting to check in. Many guys were drunk and running into everything. It has a small hallway to stand in and it was so hot in there. We finally get to check in after another guest called for her 3 times. No personality. We go to our room and the TV is on, beds look like they were just slept in, dirty towels all over the floor, it was hot and smelled like sweaty balls. Awful The receptionist was on her personal cell phone laughing and almost ignoring me when checking in. I got to my room and there was a trash can full of beer bottles and food left in my room. The shower was covered in hair as were my towels which were on the floor. The linens had hair and black specks all over it. I went back to the front desk and explained the issue I was told if I wanted linen services I could pay $9.00 for the exchange or wash them my self. Just a place to sleep/ no conviences. It was a place to sleep, no frills what so ever! No shampoo, no coffee, not even a staff available. The window to the staff was boarded up when we got there (we called and she said she was about to go to bed) and again not in the morning even though we were leaving around 8. very strange.

If you're looking for a roach motel, this is it. It started when the desk clerk took us to see the room and the door had been propped open by housekeeping, not a good sign. The room seemed clean and adequate for a one night's stay. We got our things and checked in to our room. It didn't take long for the roaches to appear. We will never stay there again.
