After traveling nearly 8 hours and having reservations, I checked in at 4 to be told I had no room. We got into town around 130 and knew it was early and could not check in at that time. dirty rooms, roaches all over, staff not friendly Staff said room Would be ready by check in time and had to wait extra 45 min to get into room, not cleaned, bugs-roaches everywhere, not a good place, staff very unfriendly and slow

It wasn’t very clean. Smelled like urine throughout the whole hotel. Bed sheets were dirty upon arrival. Wouldn’t stay at that hotel again.

Not great When we first walked up to the door there were about ten people standing right by it loitering and smoking. The lady I met in line was leaving because she found bugs in the room her mother was supposed to stay in. I looked at the photo and it was the largest bed bug I had ever seen. There was a random puddle of water near the elevator. The room had an odd smell and we searched the mattress and everything for bugs and only found 2 that looked more like an ant/beetle and were dead. We did not bring any bags in and sl... read more

Don't trust this place! Had a confirmed reservation through Hotels.com. Arrived at the hotel only to find out they did not have a room with two beds, which is what we had reserved. The two beds were critical. Desk clerk had no solution. Just no rooms with two beds. Got on the phone with Hotels.com. They did a wonderful job of finding another much better property in the same area with two beds for the same price I would have paid at WoodSpring.. Beware of roaches It was horrible, did not stay. After getting in the room, that they so called just finished cleaning. I inspected the cabinets above sink, opened sauce packets and roaches in them. We left immediately
