Don't trust this place! Had a confirmed reservation through Hotels.com. Arrived at the hotel only to find out they did not have a room with two beds, which is what we had reserved. The two beds were critical. Desk clerk had no solution. Just no rooms with two beds. Got on the phone with Hotels.com. They did a wonderful job of finding another much better property in the same area with two beds for the same price I would have paid at WoodSpring.. Beware of roaches It was horrible, did not stay. After getting in the room, that they so called just finished cleaning. I inspected the cabinets above sink, opened sauce packets and roaches in them. We left immediately

There is little concern Front desk could care less. You wait for them 15 minutes plus and there is no, "apologizing for inconvience!" They have their hand extended to take your money. I was there for two weeks and did not receive clean linen. Mattress cover in room 226 is filthy. Dead bolt did not work. Bugs of many (four or more) greeted me each day. All around bad service I waited in the lobby over a hour to be checked in. Once finally checked in get in the room goes to take a shower and there’s no wash cloths and towels. Goes back to the front desk waited another 30 mins only to be told I’ll have to come back in a hour and a half because there in the washing machine. Was there on business I didn’t have to be nowhere until 1:00 pm check out was at 11am I asked for a late check out and was told no I’ll have to pay for another day. Unable to check in! Still charged! We made a last minute reservation here to get some rest and a shower. When we arrived we found that the check in window was closed and locked and no attendant was on duty. There were several people milling about the front of the building that told us no one would be available until the next day. It was clear we wouldn't be able to access our room. Disappointing Front Desk and Manager would not honor pricing even though the discounted price was on the reservation in the computer system. Full amount, for a two week reservation, demanded up front even though the reservation stated charges would be made at the end of the two weeks. Charged full price for one very disappointing night stay. The entire building saturated in marijuana and various other smoke.

Poor hotel to stay! When arriving at hotel around 8:30 PM, front desk was closed. Maid checked me in finally. Got on elevator, did not move after hitting floor button. Room had no towels or soap. Went immediately downstairs to get refund.
