It was my birthday and the room appearance don’t look like the pics. Hey didn’t clean the room during the two day stay. We had to take our own towels downstairs to get clean ones. They should have at least give us two days worth. The pillows were flat so we had to get extra pillows. The room was clean when we arrived but the halls were not.

HORRIBLE DUMP!!! Woodspring Suites is a DUMP & SHOULD BE DEMOLISHED!! I wouldn't recommend them to a homeless person!! They should be condemned & shut down.

Do not waste your money The man with dreads was very rude. However another employee a young lady was very nice. The hotel is nasty!! Rooms dirty and smelled terrible.

Bring your bug spray First off, we didn’t have wash cloths for our room. Second, they don’t have any cots to provide so I was forced to cancel my reservation and order a 2 bed room. Third, they have limited supply of irons and ironing boards. And fourth, we stayed 2 nights, and in that time we killed 4 roaches, two of them within the first hour of staying. lots of ROACHES Weak Managers there is no professionalism with communication between Management and the Guests and the ROACH problem ... still makes my skin crawl
