Just a place to sleep/ no conviences. It was a place to sleep, no frills what so ever! No shampoo, no coffee, not even a staff available. The window to the staff was boarded up when we got there (we called and she said she was about to go to bed) and again not in the morning even though we were leaving around 8. very strange.

If you're looking for a roach motel, this is it. It started when the desk clerk took us to see the room and the door had been propped open by housekeeping, not a good sign. The room seemed clean and adequate for a one night's stay. We got our things and checked in to our room. It didn't take long for the roaches to appear. We will never stay there again.

This is a bare bones hotel. It served the purpose because we were only there to sleep. No amenities except for towels and a decent bed. Neighborhood scary. Would not go back

DO NOT book here for any night. The Stay was not good. At check in I should have ran but I was only down for one night. At check in I asked for a late check out. I was told "We dont do late check outs, if you are not out by 11 you will be charged an extra day." I booked a queen and got a double, which was difficult enough. When we got to the room the door was unlocked already. We checked for anyone that may be in the room and ensured that the door did in fact lock. The place was dreadful. Not a good stay The floor was dirty. There were roaches in the room. The on call exterminator took a while to arrive. The staff is not 24 hours so we had to wait until 10 for an iron and checkout was at 11am. The room was full of smoke. The hallway was also full of smoke. I had a two year old with me and we don't smoke.

Woodspring The staff was very rude and non professional with guest. Housekeeping is non existent unless the guess ask. The hotel has an very bad odor. I had to keep going to front desk to be re keyed every other day along with being charged every 4 to 5 days for some odd reason the staff claimed my card was not charged full amount initially which I found very odd. You have to constantly ask for trash bags. After 2 weeks I realized this was my worst stay ever at Amy hotel/motel

The lady working the front desk was very rude. I stay in hotels regularly and it was the worst front desk experience I have ever had at a hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again to be spoken to and treated that way. The room was clean but there were electrical issues with the lights.

Poor excuse for a hotel Phone in room did not work and maintenance did not show up to fix it. One person to clean all rooms as well as check in guest. Was nice that they provided a pet mouse, even though I did not ask for it. Nice to have a kitchen, but no pots, pans, or utensils. No problem obtaining marijuana, if I were looking for it. I will never stay here again.
