Basic hotel Strange hotel, I ended up here for a funeral so it was very last minute. It's an extended stay hotel BUT it is not a Marriott or Holiday Inn type extended stay. It's not very classy or a 5 star by any means. The room was a double but it only had 1 pillow. I asked for another one and was told it would be taken up, it never was. WIFI is $3 a day or $10 a week. Worst Hotel and Service in USA. Would not have stayed after arriving if I had been traveling with family. Went through three rooms to get checked in. First was occupied. Second reeked of Cigarettes which was bad enough but found the Shower Handle and Spigot pulled 6 inches from Tub (Shower Unusable) and then turned on TV or tried to - it promptly shorted out. Unprofessional staff. The TV didn't work and there was no one to fix it. The maid staff knocked 3 times in the morning to see if we were staying or checking out. We said that we were checking out by the 11:00 checkout time. They told us that we had to be out before 11:00. No very professional at all. Will not stay here again

Go Elsewhere....would not recommend this hotel!!! Would definitely not recommend this hotel!!! Super small, uncomfortable bed, unfriendly hotel staff, and they charge extra for everything!!! Charge for more than one hotel key, charge for WiFi, charge for towel exchange and housekeeping if you want your room cleaned more than once every two weeks!!!! Ridiculous....only good thing was the location for work......wish Extended Stay was in a better location and would've stayed there!!!

Beware Traveler This place was really bad! The first two nights the toilet was clogged, someone had stuffed a rag into it, so I could not use it. After I got that fixed, the A/C started leaking water all over the floor. They tried to fix that, but it always smelled like mildew after that. Finally, just after I fell asleep, the front desk clerk came pounding on the door. ダウンタウンに遠い 自分で承知で予約したのですが、ダウンタウンへの交通機関がタクシーだけでした。観光名所もレストランも何も近くになく、周りを散歩しても全く面白くなかったです。

ok had issues with plumbing and my other employee couldn't sleep due to the neighbors jumping in the top floor and vaules place employee wouldn't do nothing to solve the problem
