The parking was a bit challenging since we were pulling a big rv trailer, but managed to find spaces on outer edge of lot that would not block anyone else. The girl at front desk was very nice and accommodating. She provided us with menus from restaurants that would deliver. We had a room on the third floor which entailed some walking. Price was fair, for the location and facility. I like that it's only a short (15) minute drive to Chattanooga tourist places. I'd say the breakfast is non-existent, because the 2 times I went to the breakfast counter there were only a couple granola bars & coffee. Also, there's a good amount of overflowing trash cans and litter all around the stair case too.

I booked this hotel because of brand, had terrible experience with service, every people Smoking. Felt unsafe as family to stay.
