There was only one pillow in queen sized bed and the room smelled like smoke.

What attracted us was the kitchen. However, as we get there we notice there is no elevator. (Third floor) that should be advertised, I would have been more prepared if I’d known. No roll away beds. They don’t provide them even at an additional charge. I felt this was rather dissapointing. When I called down to let them know the chair wouldn’t extend. (Obvious tampering, preventing it from extending in the lay position.) The representative made it clear, they “weren’t” supposed to extend. The breakfast is very minimal as well... read more

I waited 10 minutes at the front desk before anyone showed up to check me in. Then when I got to my room it smelled of stale cigarettes/ smoke although it was a non smoking room. The kitchen area was very outdated and other people that were also staying there were very loud and up at all hours of the night.

The property was worth the money. Good location. Great amenities. The office closed at 11 pm, and I didn’t arrive until 2 am. Someone was there to help me checkin and get settled after my 12 hour drive. Only thing I noticed was there was someone’s Hair all over the walls of the shower, so apparently it was not thoroughly cleaned after the last occupant. At this point, I was too tired to care. Breakfast stopped at 9 am. Parking was convenient. I’d stay here again.

It was very nice and so was the staff. Would use this location again when staying in Chattanooga Tn. Very close to a shopping mall and the airport.
