One night short stsy Did not feel safe hotel is dirty and rooms need to be cleaned better.

Room was very dirty and rundown. Also, excessive pet fee.

more apartment than hotel Although I found it by searching hotels, the name is "Extended Stay", and it clearly is intended more for temporary housing apartments. The room was equipped with stove top and refrigerator, but NOT a phone. The hotel offered no amenities, not even a wake up call.

Dirty rooms, hotels.com pics are misleading Dirty rooms, hotels.com pics are misleading. Bathroom taps were loose, shaking. The chair was too dirty. Didn't feel like sitting on it. Hotels.com pics mis-leaded us. In the hotel description it mentioned about a sofa bed... Which the hotel did not have Location is a bit remote in a Shabby neighborhood ... Strip clubs and dance bars around it. Cannot recommend for family

STAY AWAY UNLESS ITS JUST FOR ONE DAY!!! I was moved to three rooms on just my first night . The first room had oil or coffe on the bathroom floor leading to the kitchen. The second room the drawers were out and in the middle of the floor . It was 2 am I just drove 8 hours I said it's okay I'll just put them to the side. The toilet seat in room 107 needs to be replaced its so old there are knocked in the toilet seat and the color was horrible. Would Avoid Booking This Hotel Booked this hotel as it was relatively close to Ruby Falls. I liked that they had late check in. However main desk person was having tech issues and could not check us in until after 30 minutes upon arrival. Additionally, I booked this room about 3 days in advanced; 1 room with 2 twin beds. Upon arrival, I was told that there were 2 reservations instead, 1 room with 1 bed each. "Don't Stay Hotel" not "Extended Stay Hotel" The clerk at Extended Stay Hotel was 5 star, unfortunately she was put in the unfair position of having to pretend and ignore the indecency of the rooms she offered. To begin the hotel was being renovated (this was never mentioned). Construction workers and large construction equipment disgraced the entrance and parking lot, not many rooms were available and the two that were made available to us were a disgrace. the bad reviews are right! took chance anyway , what a mistake ! Sonny (the manager) said I would get half off room because of state it was in, but prepaid though Exedia and never saw it. Seems like room never giving true all round clean. bugs in room came every night but dead in morning from so much spray you smelled it when you walked in.
