NOT IMPRESSED Front desk clerk was rude Soda machine dispensed hot soda (not lukewarm, but hot) with no ice i asked for refund and they said no. My toilet did not flush.

Worst Service I Ever Experienced We arrived at hotel about 7 p.m. Thanksgiving night with prepaid reservations to find the front door locked and a note on the door to the effect of if you have reservations "Return After 11 p.m. ". We called the 600 number for the house phone located at the door and got no response. Another couple with small children were there at the same time with similiar circumstances.
