We were assigned a smoking room, and were told by the staff thats the only room availble. by default you should assigned non-smoking room to guests unless requested. the shower didn't work. the hallway and elevators smelled like a jungle.

When I started up the elevator to get to my room, it smelled like a nursing home. When i walked into my room, i almost fell over from the horrible smell. Musty, dirty carpet, maybe used to he a smoking room? I dont know, but it was awful! I thought the elevator smelled? This room was straight up nursing home smell. 3 out of 4 lamps didnt work and the bed, pillows and linens were extremely uncomfortable. Not happy and no one cares We arrived at the hotel at 4:30 check in was at 3 and the manager said our room was not ready so they put us in king with a pull out instead of non smoking two fulls bed for three people. Our replacement was a smoking room which reeked of smoke and there was no way any of could have managed. When I called she was annoyed wanting us to come back down with all our stuff I mad her meet us. While the room was non smoking the pull out bed was awful. My reservation was non existent when I got there. The front desk later could care less about my reservation. She said she was booked. I ended up with a smoking room (I don’t smoke) for two days and it was never cleaned. NEVER again!!!

Power went out and was left to sleep in car for three and a half hours. No attempt to let us know what was going on. Would like money back horrible experience. Why did I even pay for a hotel if I ended up just sleeping in my own vehicle.
