What. A. Nightmare. Made reservations online. When I arrived, no one was working the desk and on of the cleaning ladies had to check us in. She was very sweet but you could tell this was not her job. We receive our room key and when we get to our room, it's filthy. Bed sheets are on the floor and there are dirty dishes everywhere. We went back down to the counter and the cleaning lady called the assistant manager (why was she not working?) and I spoke to her on the phone. The employees were extremely helpful and polite, but the hotel itself was very run down.

Worst hotel I've stayed at for years... For 140 bucks per night you expect at least decent service and amenities. There was no manager on staff...no manager even employed at this location. The front desk was rude and couldn't answer even simple questions...like do you have an extra pillow? Answer....I don't know where they keep those. We stayed two nights and our room was not serviced. Bed was more than a little uncomfortable....sheets and covers were thin and no extras to keep warm.....breakfast was bad coffee and stale fru... read more

Hard to find and bad directions. Bathroom cleanliness was a joke. I stepped on a bobby pin and there were dark hairs in the shower, which didn't work properly.Clerk at check in was more concerned with the fact that she was off in 10 minutes than checking me in. Breakfast was a joke. Coffee, a few pieces of fruit , prepackaged muffins (no butter)and coffee. I would rather stay home than stay at an Extended Stay America hotel again.

Waste of money. Stay away. Entire floor smelled terrible. Our toilet was constantly running so I fixed it myself. Heard outside traffic all night. Yelling and screaming all night from other rooms. "breakfast" was a joke. 2 pots of coffee, a basket with 4 apples, and a basket of granola bars?? For $153 I will NEVER be back. Arguably the worst room I've ever stayed in.

Very Disappointed Needed a bed for the night and that's just what I had. Internet was erratic, limited TV, 'grab n go' breakfast (coffee only beverage), and cranky desk clerk. I had pieces of kale on the counter and bathroom floor! NO hairdryer in the rooms and when I called to get one - "People just don't return them." Will NOT return.

The room was not cleaned when I arrived. It was a sold out night. After perhaps 10 minutes the clerk on duty regained her composure and quickly put me into a clean room where the person had not arrived yet and she personally cleaned the room I was supposed to be in so it was ready for that guest.
