great value, poor execution Need a place to stay for because of a recent flood. The location was great. However, after booking, I arrived at the hotel and found out they only had smoking rooms available. No where did it say, even on their own website, that only smoking rooms were available which I think is poor execution on the hotel's part for not clarifying this. Would not go back! The looks of the out side of the hotel is nice. Inside hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. We had doubts about the cleanliness because there were stains on the carpet and on the chair in our room. There wasn't a hair dryer or other perks that are standard in rooms. Creeped us out. Rather pay more to feel better.

poor service the first thing was no wake up service is avaiable. the second thing was you have to stay longer than 7 days to get housekeeping. the towels and supplies were not enought to keep for 7 days. there is no sign or other information telling you about this. the front desk staff is very poor when it comes to customer service. when checking in i had to wait for the desk person to finish a personal call even thought he saw me standing there for more than 10 minutes. Extended Stay Darien, IL The hallways were filthy, but our room was clean and were comfortable. However, the staff were rude and inconsiderate. One of them told us they would look up an address on the internet for, but never did. My husband had went to the front desk to get an extra pillow and a box of kleenex. ahe was told it would be just a minute, so he went outside tosmokw a cigarette and went back ,no pillow or kleenex. it took them another 15 minutes to get to get these items. there are other things but not enough room... read more

Very Dirty The hotel is extremely unkept. The carpet in the hallway apears to be worn and dirty. The room had a mildew smell to it. The room was scheduled to be cleaned on a Thursday and was not actually cleaned until Friday. If you could call it cleaned.
