Staff are always hiding We got locked out of our room because the key was defective and there was 1 night staff working and they were no where to be found. I had to call 10000 diff number and 1hkjr and 30 minutes later she came strolling down the elevator all casual. She said her phone was off so she didn't know what was going. How stupid. I would never ever recommended this place to anyone. The place smells like garbage

Was just "OKAY". Normally, I'd expect that if a tent card in the room denotes that we should have silverware, coffee cups and dishes as inclusive, that those items were actually IN the room. (I would have liked for my son to have a spoon to eat his cereal rather than improvise.) Was told at checkout that I would've needed to REQUEST those items.

Bad experience!
Cheap Just bad. Halls smelled of smoke. Pet hair in room. No coffee maker in room - cant remember the last hotel room, especially one that advertised a kitchen that had no coffee maker. also cable was out so no baseball. Minimal towels in room.
Oh! Man where do I start? Its tucked away on a quiet side road which I liked. The room was clean but not as warm and comfortable as most motels. Customer service was very bad. Maggie seemed always confused and unapologetic for inconveniences. My room had no face towels and there was none available so I had to buy some from Walmart. The beds was not comfortable and the bedding was very old. The phone did not work. No cable TV Breakfast was bland, only granola bars, oatmeal, and coffee.
Clenliness was meh. I stayed here because a previous one I stayed at was excellent but this one was like a Super 8. The "grab and go" breakfast had no coffee and practically everything was gone. The whole experience was just ok.
Went to the room the beds weren't made the ladder in the middle of the room like they're working on this room had to go back to the front desk from the third floor and they wanted to send a cleaning lady up there to clean the room and then go back in I said no way I will never stay at extended-stay hotel ever again
