Haunted hotel 😫 No one was at the desk all night i left my key in the room at 11pm and couldn’t get back in til 6 am the hallways reek of cigarettes and alcohol!! Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. Buyer’s BEWARE. The girl at the front desk started telling us about the smoking policy (the no smoking policy) and literally kept trying to lecture us. We do not even smoke. She kept making jokes about “it’s just not worth it for any of us” and we literally do not even smoke. The front desk said it opened at 10, and I sat there from 10 until 10:45 and it still was not open. I found chewed up gum in my room. Damage in my room. Paid for a king size bed, which the room was completely dirty ! Moved me to 3 different rooms until finally one was “semi cleaned” bed was made, trash was collected but nothing at all was wiped down. They couldn’t even issue a damn refund because no manager on site. Unbelievable!

The lady at the front desk was very nice and thoughtful. But the first room I was given smelled so bad and the second room smelled “old” like it hadn’t stayed in it in years. The hallways some stinky with a dirty smell. The furniture is not old but looks like it’s about to fall apart

Looks better on the outside than on inside has a dirty feeling bathroom are very gross would never stay there again.

I got charged twice and there was no one at the service desk. I finally was able to check in after 30 minutes and I got a room that had not been cleaned.
