Not like the service.Receptionist said they couldn’t find our reservation and not got the room (2 full bed for 4 people)we booked.They provided another room with more charge and less occupying space.Room was dirty (not at all cleaned,looked like it was not cleaned after the previous person checked out)

Disappointing. Stayed at one 9 months ago and it was great. If you can't leave cookware in the room, then charge a deposit. Clearly asylum seekers staying at these. No problem but I should not have to deal with ramifications of this including no ice, no kitchenware, charge for clean towels, no breakfast, no coffee. I brought coffee but no coffee maker! Not acceptable.

No housekeeping. If we wanted towels thwy charge 1.75 for linens. They no longer supply cooking utensils. No one at the front desk after 10 or 11pm so dont accidentally lose, misplace, deactivate or leave your key card.

Showed up to check in for a hotel room booked weeks in advance only to be told they were overbooked and because we booked through a third party they couldn’t do anything about it. The hotel lobby was very dated, the general neighborhood is fine, but there are much better options in the same price range available.
