Clean but too loud. The walls are thin (you can hear your neighbors). Recommend not getting ground floor rooms where you can see and hear people and cars in the parking lot. Staff is very nice friendly.

Nice location I liked it. But, they didn't give us wash clothes. When I asked they gave me two. I use one for face and one for my body. They acted like it hurt them to give extra. I'm not used to begging for wash clothes. And we had to ask for dishes, I thought they came with the room that's why I chose this hotel.

The Best YET!! The customer service is out of the world. They are amazing people and very considerate and helpful. Ana, Enda and the whole staff were so helpful and pleasant to be around and work with. I messed up my original reservation and they accommodated me for a new reservation immediately with no problems. They were happy to help. The hotel is amazingly clean and beautiful, very nicely kept. The rooms were clean and fresh smelling and the beds were so comfy, had no problems with noise or comfort. No problems whatsoever. Very satisfied. Nothing fancy, but no qualms whatsoever. Room was great for a couples night/wedding night.

Good value safe bet Very good overall, breakfast was "gtab and go" and set up late. Location turned out to be super convenient for my event. Great used book store nearby. Note to golfers...there's a driving range and put put center across the street. Room clean bed comfortable good value.

great location Close to metra line for easy access to the city. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend this location again to family and friends.

Things to make stay better for future guest. Things that I requested. Extra pillow not followed up or given. Asked to clean room not done or followed up. Breakfast should include fresh fruit. Staff was pleasant though.
