We had a late function so we got back to our room very late/early. Our key would not work to let us inside the lobby, it may have become de magnetized. There was no one at the front desk and it took about a half hour before someone came to let us in. They did not have anyone staffing the front desk after 11pm.

Chicago stay We had no issues. Room was clean and staff was friendly.
Because this is an extended stay hotel with kitchenettes, the hallways were full of cooking smells, but the room smelled okay. I registered 3 adults, but the room only had 2 towels. I asked for a towel at the front desk and I was told I had to return a towel to get a new one. And there were no hand towels, only bath towels and wash clothes.
