Chicago stay We had no issues. Room was clean and staff was friendly.
Because this is an extended stay hotel with kitchenettes, the hallways were full of cooking smells, but the room smelled okay. I registered 3 adults, but the room only had 2 towels. I asked for a towel at the front desk and I was told I had to return a towel to get a new one. And there were no hand towels, only bath towels and wash clothes.

Good value if your looking for a cheaper place Price was good, bed was comfortable, location was decent. Front desk lady was very nice. Room was clean. I was in room 210 and down the hall from me smelt really bad of cat pee. I had to walk through the smell going in and out of my room. The remote for my TV sucked. It barly worked and took probably 20 minutes to get to a channel I liked. I need tv to sleep so it was a must.

There was only a bar of soap in the bathroom, and there was not even a disposable cup in the whole room.
