Just OK Room was just average. Small cheap pillows. It worked for a night.
We had a shower curtain that was falling off because the curtain bar was broken and falling apart. We even had gas siphoned out off one of our cars. The ice trays were also cracked and falling apart. They advertise continental breakfast but only had granola bars. Air conditioning would barely keep cool
I liked the rooms, very clean and spacious. I also liked the kitchen area.
I loved everything about the location I normally book at the Naperville West but there's a lot of hustle and bustle with so many businesses around so it was a nice change-of-pace the being so quiet
Everything about this day was amazing the management staff was top-notch the room was great everything was to my liking
Moe and Jose were very professional and took care of my check in without any issues. The room was very clean and the atmosphere was excellent.
