Disappointment When I booked the room, it said continental free breakfast which you would think would be bagels and pastries, maybe cold cereal and things like that. When we arrived we were informed it was coffee, tea, granola bars and oatmeal. Very disappointing. Went to get coffee about 8 am and there was none and no employees to be found. Somewhere between 11 pm and 11:30 pm when we were sleeping, our room phone rang loudly and it was a front desk agent asking us how our room was! Are you kidding? The staff was helpful with the limited resources they have to work with. The bed was uncomfortable we both woke up with backaches. They need new mattresses. And the floor's were filthy. Not moppi ing or vacuuming the floor s. Not enough wash clothes or dishrags. I dont think we would stay 5here again. The staff 2as great

Wanted to Stay in Naperville for the night, just booked of Expedia. Nothing great about the hotel standard 2.5stars, No breakfast. One thing I want to point out is, I booked a room with 2 Queen beds but they were sold out by the time I reached to checkin at 9:30pm, The hotel offered me a King bed with 2 Roll aways and rebooked without Expedia discount. Nice place close to nice eats Room was nice spacious and clean. all the expected acrutriments of a hotel of this caliber nice safe area with fine dining galore close by.

I stay at many Extended Stay America’s and appreciate the brand. However, there was a bad smell when I came into the room, like a pet smell...not defecation, but just an animal smell. I did get used to it and after awhile and did not say anything. There were some tiles on the bathroom floor that were loose, seems like there was water damage that wasn’t repaired.

OK Hotel for the Price Check-in rep was extremely nice and upgraded us to a King Suite! The hotel room itself unfortunately smelled very moldy and unpleasant. As far as location, we were near tons of stores and restaurants which was perfect! The price for this hotel was reasonable in comparison to the others around the area. I wouldn't stay here again due to the smell of the room and uncleanliness.
