The view from the third floor was great, clean room and the people were very nice and professional

Decent but some questionable characters (guests) booked and paid online. arrived on Saturday night to check in & overnight worker said we didnt pay that we only reserved. So i paid again. we got to the room i checked my account and i did pay online so i was charged twice. Only managers can refund so had to wait til morning for manager.
