Reservation issues Booked a king with a sleeper sofa for 3 people and received a call early in the morning of our stay switching to a double queen. However, when we arrived at the room it was a single queen - we needed a role out bed. Sheets were dirty and breakfast was not a breakfast.

Slept in car Went to check in and guaranteed room was booked. I called hotel.com and they were to get me another hotel. They never called be back offer almost two hours. I had to call back and they started the whole process of checking all over again. Ended sleeping in the back of my car. Worst service ever. Will never book here again.

Horrible. When we entered the room bad odor greeted us. Hair was all over the bedding. Even the bed smelled. Towels had stains and hair on it. Lighting was not sufficient.

needs renovation, cleanliness blocked bathtub, blocked sync, broken closet, smaller than normal room. Delux room is just namesake. worst extended stay hotel I ever stayed in.

Ewww! Don't stay here It was the worst! The manager was nice enough to release a refund for the stay since our room was not cleaned after the previous people stayed there. We checked in late at night, so we hadn't paid attention! When we woke up, there were still wet towels and hair in the shower and no new towels in the room at all. Bad experience Upon arrival the hotel system had overbooked customers, I was offered a handicapped room, that was in very bad shape....I was very disappointed on the room for the price.

Place to stay when you can't get a room elsewhere. One of the few hotels I've stayed at recently where service was NOT a staff priority. It's as if the staff at the front desk is doing guests a favor by waiting on them. More training and better hires would fix this. The cleanliness of the bathroom needed improvement as the floor was filthy and gritty. If your only option is sleeping in a vehicle, think twice before staying here.

DO NOT STAY HERE The hotel is not worth the cost. Staff that was there when we stayed were very short and never once said thank you or you're welcome or no problem. It made us seem like an inconvenience. Hotel smelled of marijuana smoke and when we arrived to our room - no sheets or pillow for the pull out. No toiletries in the bathroom. Door locked from the outside to the bathroom. Drain didn't work in tub. Just an overall MESS. I want 50% of my money back. Horrible experience but I did stay there.
