Good room but not great enough service nor supply The room was good but there are no shampoos, comditioners nor toothpaste/toothbrushes in bathrooms. There's lacking in cups and service could be improved!!

Never again Terrible! Stayed in a non-smoking room, but the room smelled like cigarette smoke! They even charged me extra when i left claiming that they found cigarette buds in the room. Never again! You're better off finding someplace else to stay even if it is slightly more expensive.

It is what it is It's a passable place to rest your head when you don't care about much else. The staff was friendly. Queen room had a small stovetop but no pans so I guess you would have to bring your own for that to be of any use. The shower drainage was absolutely terrible, furniture uncomfortable, and simple accents like a soap dish would have been nice to have.

Unfriendly staff Very unfriendly staff, rooms and beds were not clean UpTo the expected level

Not ready The room I booked was not ready at check in and my room was downgraded at no cost change or any. I had to go up and check myself if the room was occupied. I had a room with a kitchen and had no cook/dishware and when I made them aware I had to go down and retrieve them myself. The room I originally booked wasn't teadyyuntil the next day at 3. And then I had to go to the whole dish thing again. In the first room the shower and bathroom vent howled when turned on. Bed in second room 310 (king size) was sunk in. Not h... read more

Not what I was expecting Very outdated, beat up and unclean. Mildew on the shower curtain, hair on clean towels. Looks nicer on the outside than inside. Bed was comfortable and clean (I checked)
