Meh. The King room we reserved smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke (it was non-smoking but I think near a smoking room or a past guest smoked). We had to change and the new room was NOT a king and they couldn't find us a King. So we paid for a King but didn't get it. No dishes/anything useful for cooking.

Disgusting, but speedy check in at least 'If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. . " BUT, I don't think that applies here. If I don't say anything about how filthy this place was, then some other poor dolt like myself, will wind up wasting their hard earned money on a place like this. The outside was nice and clean. Fit our needs Our first room had a non-working refrigerator; had to switch rooms after getting unpacked. The entire hotel needed maintenance. Air fresheners might help. Just overall seemed dirty and not well maintained. I had to ask for literally everything...kitchen pots/pans, utensils, dishes, dish soap, more towels, toaster.

excellent location I checked in at 9 pm, room 112. Opened the room door, turned on the lights, and there were about 6 cockroaches strutting around the kitchen sink area. I went back to the desk and explained this and requested another room on another floor. The desk clerk gave me room 315. It was clean of cockroaches, had no towels, mini shampoos, or drinking cups. The hotel stunk in the hallways and rooms.

Aweful...stay at a Marriott for the $60 more The hotel smelled like smoke. The room was not really clean (bed was messed up when we walked in). The air conditioning in the room did not work. I tried to switch rooms and they said they were sold out. I ended up leaving at 4:30am.

Do not recommend The room smelled of cooking. The shower temperature never got hot and the pressure was horrible. Wifi was non existent. The hotel is located in close proximity to shops, a movie theater, downtown Naperville and restaurants.

15 days without housekeeping, no matter how long I requested it. First room (suposed to be no smoking) with strong cigar smell. Second room - Microwave very very stinky (spread all room) with no solution. The problem is that I did advanced payment not refundable. No way to stay here again.

The staff was friendly but the hotel was very loud and people were congregated outside and having loud conversations throughout the night.

Next door puppy Last time the next door resident has brought his little dog with him in the room and he was barking with any movement I could make. If you don't care to stay with pets, I strongly advise you to book in this nice hotel
