Worst stay ever I've had some bad stays in the past for ANY hotel but this was the overall worst stay I've had. First off, this was my second stay here because I thought I booked a different Extended Stay. I would never stay after my first experience. The staff welcomed me with no courtesy, gave me a card with the all the Wi-Fi and breakfast information without even talking after her first few word. She couldn't even say to me what she wrote down. Bad experience Stunk .. room was dirty . They moved me to a different room with no towels . I never will stay there again ...

Hallway smelled like smoke and water did not get that hot

Few improvements = big difference Staff was friendly. The gentleman working was very accommodating & brought us extra blankets & more. Room was a little outdated & smelled like stale cigarettes in hall & room. Our bathtub had stains (not clean). No cover on ironing board.

Unpleasant Experience Arrived to the smell of marijuana smoke, then greeted by a "be back soon" sign. Proceeded to my room only to find that it was a smoking room. Went back downstairs to get sorted out, confirmed that the silverware and dishes I requested (yes, you must request these) would be re-routed to my new room, only to be handed a large tub of dishware (I still had my purse and travel bag with me as well as groceries). There were fleas in the room, I didn't know it was pet friendly. The shower bar was broken. The blanket was covered with hair and the floors were dirty and has pet marks all around. Upon arrival we noticed wet pet urine in the elevator. We worked in the hotel business for years and these rooms definitely need a deep cleaning and new repairs. Staff were nice

Bad hotel the worst Nothing they didn't even make our beds the next day the breakfast was coffee and not even a fruit or nothing I don't think that was a breakfast at all no public restrooms I had to wait to get my key to get it unhappy with the service and everything there will never go back!!!! Also the bed was hard as a rock the pillows where flat my arm was better then the pillows.
