CHEAP for a Reason. Gross. Gross. I booked this hotel for 2 nights and LEFT after the first. The room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke (it is a non-smoking room), to the point I felt nauseous. It looks like nothing has been updated since the '80s. My first thought walking in was 'bed bugs'. Sheets were uncomfortable, towels were rough and the air conditioner was super loud. So many things where to start No pits and pans in room no silverware, did not clean once while I stayed for a aweek ... no towels, cleaned out my own garbage. Keys kept deactivating and got locked out and had to go to front desk ... crazy

It was a place to sleep. The woman running the front desk was very accommodating, but I think she was the only person working the entire hotel and the hotel was full. Our room was non-smoking, but there was a very strong smell of smoke in the room. The whole place smelled bad.

Don't judge a hotel by the pictures. Had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. 1. Our room smelt absolutely terrible 2. Bathroom wasnt cleaned, only gave us one towel for Friday night (someone shaved some part of their body and didn't clean up) 3. After using one towel for two people on Friday night and then not getting towels on Saturday we asked the front desk for towels and all they could give us was hand towels, and floor towels to shower with. The employees looked over worked but nice. We were shocked at the breakfast of granola bars, muffins and coffee in this tiny room. There was not a coffee pot in the individual rooms so everyone was running down to the lobby to get the coffee...it was messy and ran out. They do not clean your room or bring any resupplies. You have to go down and get the towels etc. You have a full kitchen but have to check out everything you need.

Disappointing Room had a bad odor/ Sofa bed mattress had large brown stain/ not enough staff to bring us clean sheets so we had to wait 30min. late at night/ Office man was pleasant but was overwhelmed at being the only one on duty/ we were booked for two nights but only stayed one night.

Hotel argued about service dog, then called on Sunday while I was at an event and left a message about why I hadn't checked out and why items were left in the room. I was not to check out until the next day. Plus I had to have my keys reactivated twice and the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke
