Disappointed The check in went through smooth, but we get the room and it WAS NOT CLEANED. The bed wasn't made, floor wasn't vacuumed, and trash wasn't taken out. The bathroom was even dirty. When we returned to the front desk, the desk attendant tried to argue that the room was " inspected". As soon as he was told the bed wasn't even made, he apologized and moved us to a nonsmoking room (we originally booked a smoking room) since no one was there to clean the room. Plesent stay Overall it was a pleasant stay. Refrigerator door gaskets and the bathtub drain handle cover had mold. Attention to detail by cleaning staff or replace by maintenance would fix theses issues.

Convenient Overall my stay was pleasent. Room was clean although there was mold on the refrigerator and freezer door gaskets. As advertised that there were, there were no cookware, utensils or dishware. Hallways were clean but chilly. Continental breakfast was spot on. Customer service was excellent. I would stay at this location again.
