Disappointed The check in went through smooth, but we get the room and it WAS NOT CLEANED. The bed wasn't made, floor wasn't vacuumed, and trash wasn't taken out. The bathroom was even dirty. When we returned to the front desk, the desk attendant tried to argue that the room was " inspected". As soon as he was told the bed wasn't even made, he apologized and moved us to a nonsmoking room (we originally booked a smoking room) since no one was there to clean the room.
