Acceptable for the price I decided to stay at this hotel based on price knowing that it had acceptable, but not great reviews. With that in mind it met my expectations. The overall cleanliness of my room was good, but there were a couple of things that needed improvement: the kitchen floor was sticky in one spot that I walked on everytime I went into the kitchen, there was rust on the refrig, and the shower made unique and sometimes loud sounds when the water was running.

Nice place to stay In other hotels, they show you a map, and give a recommendation about parking. The lady was nice but she failed to mention that if I parked in the back of the hotel, I would be so far from my room. We stayed for one night so it wasn't a good idea to move the car after we discovered that. Other than that, the room was nice and clean, and the staff were nice as well. The hallways might not have the best odor, but that is understandable for an extended stay type hotel.
Decent Stay Hotel staff average. Room was average. TV remote had keys which didn't work. Upon check-in, I discovered a dirty towel hanging on back of bathroom door was missed by housekeeping. TP roll was almost used up. No problem getting more from staff. Queen bed was comfy. Stayed one night but would happily stay here again.

Easy access Easy access right of interstate. Convenient location to food. There is a lot of construction.
Overall somewhat of a disappointment. Large room with big kitchen area, which is good for many guests. I would have liked the floor to be cleaned and nicer bedding.

Ample for the cost Arrived to find room change from Queen size studio to a Full size handicap accessible room. All rooms takened, so took the Full size bed...which was not so comfortable for my 6'1 height. Room was clean, except for some carpet stains. Desk staff was short handed. Overall, a good value.
Dis. Gus. Ting. Filthy lobby, smells like a homeless shelter that a locker room threw up on. Horrible way to start my stay. The room has another "fragrance" altogether, stale air, old smoke, dirty wet carpet, and the past 5 people who stayed here. For a month. Without showering or flushing. I'm trying to air it out but opening the door to the hallway could be risky (much like the parking lot). It's a sketch location with matching sketch prowlers.
